Access the Placement Portal

Visit hasco.sharpbraingroup.com in your web browser.

Check Your Placement Status

Click on the "Check Placement List" button in the main menu.

Search for Your Placement

Enter your index number in the search field and click search.

Congratulations Message

If your placement is found, you'll see a congratulations message with your admission details.

Start Admission Process

Click on "Click here to enrol" under the congratulations message to begin your admission.

Voucher Verification

You'll be required to verify an E-voucher to proceed with the admission.

Voucher Purchase & Verification

To purchase a voucher:

1. Ensure you have GHC 50 in your mobile money wallet or Visa card
2. Click on 'Purchase Voucher' and follow the payment process
3. After successful payment, download or print your voucher details
4. Enter the voucher serial number and PIN in the verification page

Admission Dashboard

After successful verification, you'll access the admission dashboard where you can:

• Fill and submit the Personal Record Form
• Download/Print the following documents:
  • Admission Letter
  • Undertaking Form
  • Prospectus

Complete Your Admission

After submitting the form, you'll be redirected to a success page where you can download your submitted form.
